The Oesch Environmental Design Home Office. It is constructed of almost 100% reclaimed materials, inc.the structural steel and engineered wood beams. The accessible panel metal floor is recycled computer room flooring, obtained from Habitat For Humanity. All the floor to ceiling glass was reclaimed from a bank building in downtown Charlottesville, VA. The roof features an accessible vegetated green roof, with terraced Patio space. The entire structure is cantilevered over a 40' cliff, overlooking the beautiful spring fed quarry below.
